SHIPPING

Please check your shipping address BEFORE you place your order.  

We can not change your address once your order is placed. If you need to change

your address, we will refund your order so you can place a new order with the

correct information.  This keeps our system organized. 

If an item is returned to F&G due to an incorrect address,

there will be an additional shipping charge to re-ship it.

Most items ship within 5-7 business days; however,

during sales, ship times could be longer.

 

Items usually arrive within 3-5 days of shipping 

(this is the USPS standard delivery time)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our items are custom made, just for you! 

Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

All sales are final unless it is an error on the part of Faith & Grace.

PLEASE double check your order before placing it. 

 

I received the wrong order or have a problem with my order, what do I do?

If you receive an incorrect order or a defected item, please e-mail us within 7 days at help.shopfaithandgrace@gmail.com We will get the corrected items out to you ASAP!
